This prestigious tête de cuvée honors the visionary work of our founder Guy Devaux. Delicate bubbles spiral through the straw yellow glow releasing the aromas of apple blossom, spice and oak. The initial release of green apple, lemon curd and roasted hazelnuts flows into silky, lingering finish of vanilla, clove and brioche. More austere than previous vintages, we recommend cellar 8 to 10 years.
