  August 26, 2022 - This is a wonderful sparkling and while it is not a Salon, it does not pretend to be but it is top notch.
  
  Had it with crayfish omelette and lobster with noodles in ginger sauce, it was a great food wine. Fine beads, the nose was full of chardonnay notes - pineapple, green apple, floral notes and some citrus. Body was beautifully creamy with brioche emerging, well weighted, balanced and structured. Finish was harmony personified and long.
  
  Here is a tip - drink this and forget Ruinart blanc de blanc - for 1/3 of the price you cannot beat it.
  
  Drink now to 5+ years.
