  August 27, 2022 - Popped and poured through a venturi. I don't see the need for a long decant with this one as it came to life immediately. Lovely nose with black cherry, moss, and red licorice. The tannins are silky and subdued offering a lush and soft mouth feel. There are a lot of earthy secondary characteristics showing on the palate, but enough red and blue fruit to make it delicious and complex. IMHO this won't be better in 10 years...drink up!
