  August 28, 2022 - I have not drunk many assyrtiko bottles so cannot say much other than I thoroughly enjoyed this bottle.
  
  This is not an oaked wine and yet it has the creaminess texture and shape that would fool you into thinking that it was barrel aged. The nose was not that expressive other than beeswax and perhaps some passionfruit. The body was where it shined. Thrilling waves of lemon / lime, apple and stonefruit all wrapped by a beautiful freshness and power. Finish had a bit of honey and flint.
  
  Drink now to 4+ years.
