  September 4, 2022 - Opened around 3 hours before drinking.
  My first impression was that the wine was very rustic with marked barnyard notes that went away after a while. Rather lean on the palate with a decent finish.
  In a good place now, but can still evolve. Make sure you open your bottle early enough or give the wine a good decant.
