  September 6, 2022 - High-toned red cherry fruit, ripe. With some air (1 hr decant) the secondary aromas start to come out. New leather, tobacco leaf, sun-dried tomato. The cherry fruit is the dominant aspect on the palate. There is ample freshness here. The fruit has started to give way slightly to the secondary notes since my last bottle. Wait 3-5 years minimum on the next one. Not sure this has the full fruit profile to live for an extremely long life. The tannins are already resolving in this.
