  April 4, 2009 - Has held up nicely. Color: crystal clear light straw. Beautiful. Nose: lemons, green apples and clover (?) with some petrol whiffs in there. That's the best I can surmise. Taste: Huge up-front lemons and green apples with a splash of pineapple. Really crisp ans light. Acidity was firm but not "cutting" too deply - good mouthfeel. Overall: I really enjoyed this wine - which is saying a lot since I prefer reds and when I ventrue into whites I usually go for the chardonnay grape. Very nice and refreshing. This would have been perfect on a hot summer day. (But nice on a brisk spring day as well...)
