  September 11, 2022 - Couldn't wait to have another bottle. Started drinking after 1.5 decant, but was drinking best after 3 hours. Continued to improve until last glass at 4 hours. Would definitely do at least a 3 hour decant before drinking next time.
  
  Refined. Well balanced. Excellent fruit. Undoubtedly will continue to improve
