  September 13, 2022 - "A dry pinot please! All earth, no fruit and not shaken"..... and so I woke up in a sweat thinking about this wine from last night.......
  
  This is quite an unusual pinot. For lovers of light, fruity pinots, please do not apply. For something different, this is quite an interesting wine. The fruits and delicacy did come out after 3.5 hours of decanting but before this, it was dry, earthy, dusty and forceful.
  
  Drink now to 4+ years.
