    11/24/23, 4:59 PM - Respectfully, "the bitter" is likely the acidity and what I like in a firm Brunello. It's 14 years after vintage and I believe it's what you expect from the hills of Montosoli, acidity with a silk-i-ness. Is there such a word? 😉
