  September 17, 2022 - A glass while the rest of the bottle goes into a decanter.
  Dried herbs, iron; touching on blood, some alcohol on the nose (14%).
  High acidity, medium body (expecting this to expand with air), dissolving tannins. Rustic in a delightfully honest way. Will be paired with shanks of lamb in a similarly rustic fashion. Love these bottles that demand time and attention.
