  September 18, 2022 - Initially very sour on the nose was it Brett?
  After about two hours in the bottle that mostly blew off
  But there wasn't much in its stead
  Palette felt imbalanced, a jumble of tannins and slightly off acidity
  Day two Brett fully receded
  Cherry, tar, maybe smoke on the nose, but palette still felt disjointed
