  September 23, 2022 - This second wine of the Danish winemaker Peter Sisseck reminds me that process and passion are as critical as terroir. His use of only 65+ years Old vines that have never tasted pesticides adds food for thought, though perhaps not something I can taste from the wine. This is a late age at 18 years old but is still delivering spice and pepper notes. Being the second wine, I wouldn’t keep it much longer. Go ahead, open that bottle and enjoy it!
