  October 2, 2022 - Medium golden in appearance.
  
  Pronounced and evolving nose of stone fruits (peach, apricot), honey, white flowers and some baking spice. Very classy nose that is still very fresh.
  
  Full bodied with an unctuous mouthfeel and enough acidity to ensure the wine stays very fresh. Lots of flavor concentration with a medium plus to long finish.
  
  I know this is drinking great now, but no clue how this will age...
