  October 5, 2022 - This full-bodied petite sirah was way too young to be opened! I didn't care for the amount of oak on day 1. The oak was less obtrusive to my nose and palate on day 2. Plum, black cherry, dark chocolate, and dried flowers on the nose; blck cherry, caramel, herbs, and pepper on the palate. Long, oaky finish.
