  October 5, 2022 - Opened at a restaurant. Was a bit warm and then put in a sleeve with ice to chill. Drank with sobrasad and honey, pulpo and paella.
  Deep garnet color.
  Nose of dark plum, with leather and tobacco.
  Quite elegant o. the palate, with the dark fruit and integrated tannins. Nice structure.
  Enjoyed.
