  October 7, 2022 - A private dinner (Restaurant Zoldering *, Amsterdam, NL): From Sanlucar, 100% Palomino, approximate age 20-25 years. 50cl bottle. Amber yellow colour; very aromatic bouquet jumps out of the glass, nuts and honey and candied fruit, hint of sour butter, mildly woody; intense and powerful palate (21% ABV) displays a lovely balance between rounded richness ("pata de gallina") and firm acidity, concentrated yet elegant; excellent resonance and length. Great sherry.
