  October 9, 2022 - Sweet nose of ripe peach, pear, egg cream, some aromatic notes which remembered me a zibibbo (dried Malvasia). In the mouth quite buttery, slight high alcohol , notes of pastry, still peach and pear, quite fresh, a kind of sour acidity, some gentle mineral notes. Quite balanced, a little tingly,, medium to long length on lemon notes.
