  October 10, 2022 - Opened for cooking, but a small glass sampled first. Very smooth and decent and exactly what you’d expect from a CdR. The years have mellowed it, rounding without any diminution of the fruit at its core. More mellow than the 14abv would suggest. Eminently drinkable and would make a perfectly decent mid week drink. ***
