  October 13, 2022 - Been drinking their Cab for better than 15 years. Struggled with this one. After letting it breathe for 5+ hours, it still seemed a bit young. Saved a bit for second night and it opened up better, as it did the night before, but this is still pretty tight. Have three more bottles, so time will tell.
  Their Cab really does need significant aging, like many French, Italian and Spanish wines, but I thought 8 years would be enough. If you're going to have this, give it lots of air and try decanting.
