  September 16, 2022 - This is an excellent wine drank next to great wines (02 CLB La Romanee, 02 Rousseau CsJ, 02 DRC RSV) of a different nature, leading to this particular bottle’s assessment a bit out of place. The CV is much deeper in color, heartier on the palate, and overall more muscular than the wines in the flight. Flitting flavors were not in this glass, no you are awash in perfume and deep cherry. As a result, the complexity, at least in comparison, wasn’t evident.
