  October 18, 2022 - Lots of potential, but too big and young right now to make it easy to see. At first the acidity and tannins were way overwhelming, but it was made easier with lamb chops. Bright red cherry, sour strawberry, kirsch, toasted hazelnut, saline and a long winding finish. I won’t touch this again for 5+ years, but can’t wait to see this in 20+!
