  October 20, 2022 - Consumed over 1 hour, warming from fridge temp to cool room temp. This has some youthful sweetness overlaid with a beautiful wash of fresh acidity. Notes of just-ripe citrus, pear, and green melon or maybe guava. Not very expressive on the nose last night, but I do think this will develop beautifully. So good.
