Bought a bunch of budget-friendly Chablis from Ben at Cellaraiders in CT, and this was the only one under screwcap. Figured I’d try it out as the likely dud, and wow did this over deliver for sure! Bright but rich with a solid backbone of citrus minerality. Winner! Wish I had another.163 views
