  October 23, 2022 - Impressive, very impressive - the only question is whether it will go the distance.
  
  Only made during a good Cabernet year as it is a blend of Shiraz and Cabernet. Only the second time it has been made so somewhat lacking in having a real track record but……
  
  Double decanted 3 hours before consumption, it was oak dominated on the nose but as the evening dark fruits, plums and cassis came out to say hello. Body was smooth as baby skin with soft and refined tannin. Ain’t so sure it has the acid to last the distance but I stand to be corrected.
  
  Drink now to 8+ years.
