  October 24, 2022 - Medium ruby. Medium bodied minus. Very reductive upon opening. Aromas of dried cherry, pomegranate, cured meat, black pepper, rosemary, rose and nutmeg. Acidity is medium plus. Tannins medium minus. This needs food and/or time to really shine, shed that reductive character and flesh out a little.
