  Nose of citrus, apricot, hint of honey
  High acidity, med body
  Flavours of citrus, green apple, minerality and cream. Some nutty notes.
  Ok balance, good intensity, ok length and good complexity.
  Needed to warm up a bit (serve closer to 15c for best)
