  October 30, 2022 - The glass I had on opening was superb. A riot of primary fruit flavours - cherry, cassis and licorice - with great dusty tannins. After breathing in the bottle for about two hours it was a lovely drink but more subdued with only occasional hints of the complexity I experienced earlier. It’s not drying out though, so maybe a couple more years cellaring is needed.
