  November 1, 2022 - Still a babe in the woods! I’m not following the comments about over the hill. This was young and alive! Ok maybe not young, but definitely alive and full of verve and energy. Soft on night two, with tannins essentially melted into the background. Food versatile and a cool old/young treat.
