  November 4, 2022 - Tasting event sample.
  Peach and apricot on the nose.
  In the mouth, pale lemon with pith. Bright and bubbly acidity. In the mid fennel, anise, and ginger. Bright acidity lingers through the finish.
  This one took me by surprise and was a standout from the tasting. Really lovely.
