  November 10, 2022 - Amazing spice at the outset, then came the fruit, acid, tannins (smooth ones). Hour 2-3 brought a little funk, barnyard. Certainly in a good spot to drink now. Will it last another decade? I'm not going to find out. I'm putting the rest of these in the hopper for holiday enjoyment.
