  November 5, 2022 - Wine Tasting in Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi (Montecarotta, Staffolo, Jesi): Tasted at the winery, 8th in the line up. Fiorella opened a fresh bottle for us as the the first one had been opened to long, fermented to a higher alcohol level and then aged for extra time this has almost whiskey like flavors. Warm and oxidative in the mouth, gets the tingling going all around the mouth. Would be nice to sip by the fire. Fiorella told us this was her favorite.
