  November 11, 2022 - Great nose of dark cherry, tobacco and graphite. The complex palate is more austere, with tobacco, mushroom, graphite, and cassis, but the dearth of fruit makes it a very hard match to the American steakhouse style dinner it was paired with. Very Good.
  Decanted for 2 hours.
