  November 19, 2022 - Showing youthful but spectacular. Not a hint of premox and it stayed fresh and clean and delicious over the course of the evening. Others have described the flavor profile but this one had the precision and magic that make a great Montrachet quite amazing. I hope others get to experience a perfect bottle of this at peak.
