November 20, 2022 - Unlike my April bottle, this one did not have the tart finish. A bit of metal on the nose, but not bad. Flavors of dark fruits, pepper, and according to my wife, dark chocolate. Nice acidity and tannins. Enjoyable and ready to drink.
