  November 21, 2022 - Opened about 45 minutes prior to dinner. There was some effervescence immediately after pouring which took about 5 to 10 minutes to dissipate. By the last pour of the bottle it was no longer present.
  
  Strawberry and floral flavors are prominent. Still fresh with a decent finish. This was a delicate Pinot.
  Although this is still drinking well I would drink up any remaining bottles sooner than later.
