  November 23, 2022 - Pale straw with tiny bubbles on the rim of the wine. Nose is fresh and clean with lemon and grapefruit citrus and crab apple. The palate is fresh and crisp and light with bracing acidity and lovey grapefruit flavours. Moreish and mouthwatering which makes me want more. Made from the Feteascǎ Regalǎ, an obscure grape one but has made this delicious wine.
