  November 18, 2022 - Bottle in very good condition. Medium golden colour. Yellow fruit, physalis, lemon zest, lime, beeswax, a wooly note, Macadamia nuts, a mild spice component, and light oxidative character, all build on a base of stony and lightly salty minerality, with good acidity and good length. Good body and concentration, with a smooth, oily texture. Pairs well with food. Drink now.
