  November 24, 2022 - I wouldn’t put this in the same echelon as Puffeney or Marnes Blanches, but this is a tasty—if not profound—bottle of Vin Jaune. Salty and showing just a hint of the curry/ toasted walnut savoriness that signifies the best Sous-voille wines, this is more yellow-fruited than showing the effects of the “voile.” Quite tasty, but maybe lacking the intensity of the finest vin Jaune.
