  November 26, 2022 - Slow ox for 30 minutes. A little rustic on the nose. Cherry, flowers and earth. The wine is full bodied, fully mature, fairly old school, a little blocky. Cherry, tar, earth, cigar box. Very serious, somewhat four square.
