  November 25, 2022 - 2 hour slow ox, but it was just as good when sampled as a PnP. Near silky smooth. Overripe red fruits, dried herbs, touch of spice. Elegant and perfectly balanced. This bottle was within its last year or two of its ideal drinking window.
