11/28/22, 7:46 AM - 1 final remark: the cork on yesterday's bottle was almost completely seeped through, so that is also a point of attention....

Bought 1 btl on release, and don't feel the least stressed about it. If you love gobs of fruit, yeah, fine, mayby "soon dead".
Maturity comes in many stages, and taste differs.
Personally, I don't want to be an 84-94p taster, as the available spectrum is 50-100.

    Cheers!

    11/29/22, 10:47 AM - Hi Stefan,

I understand your point. I personally try to drink my bottles before they decline (at least what I perceive as that).

I always find it a shame to have to drink let's say 2 remaining bottles and realizing they were substantially better (again, according to my own taste) a few years earlier. But each bottle is a lesson learned, that's for sure.

    Cheers,
