  November 11, 2022 - Beautiful and complex nose of dark cherries, sweet fruit, game, smoke, plum, and violet. Lots of acidity on the palate with excellent balance and notes of dark fruit, cherries, and a bit of leather. The tannins are still grippy and add structure. Very long finish. Amazing experience to drink this, the nose itself is to die for. A complete wine.
