  December 8, 2022 - Tasted after a two hour decant.
  Medium to dark ruby in colour with lovely aromas of floral, sweet black fruit, a hint of cured meat & tobacco.
  On the palate, full bodied tart & savoury black fruit, blackberry/black cherry, licorice, floral, chocolate/tobacco, high acidity, medium soft tannins with a long finish to black pepper & black olive tapenade.
  This is a lovely, savoury Syrah that is drinking beautifully now, not sure more cellar time is going to add much.
