  December 10, 2022 - 2 bottles at Primi Restaurant in Gaborone, Botsuana.
  
  18 months maturation in French barriques. Easy drinking cab with just enough acidity (5 g/L TA vs 3.2 g/L RS) to keep it enjoayble even at 30c outside. Not much of a backbone but some nice fruity (cherries) and smokey notes.
