  December 16, 2022 - This definitely needed 2-3 hours of aeration in a wide base decanter. Very closed off at first with drying tannic finish. However, the dark red and blue fruit emerged in hour 2 and the savoury layers of olive, mint and cocoa added complexity. Good balance and paired well with roast chicken, mash and sautéed green beans.
