  December 17, 2022 - Clear deep ruby; clean medium plus nose of gingerbread, molasses, black licorice, cigar box and cassis; dry; high acidity; medium plus tannins; medium plus alcohol; medium body; medium plus flavour intensity; palate is tarter with addition of green pepper; medium plus finish; drink now or in a few years; a little disappointing - blinded as Ontario Cabernet Franc due to the thinness and greenness; better than our first bottle which was a little cooked
