December 18, 2022 - Color is very pale yellow, near transparent in low light. Nose has some tartiness, bit of cat piss. Palate is again tart, cantaloupe, cat piss, some sweet white fruit like white pear. Very pleasant, light, elegant, clean. Worth repeating.
