  December 22, 2022 - Dark toned but semi-transparent. Nose is different but alluring with volcanic earth, stoniness, and a light, lively cherry note that is delightful. Palate is rich in flavor and tannins yet remains silky and light in texture. Caramel and milk chocolate flavors along with cherries, tangy raisin, chalk notes, faint herbs. A lot going on here and mostly in harmony. It does seem to improve with an hour of air. 2 more bottles and will see how they evolve 92-94 potential
