    Verzy, Avize, Cramant, Mesnil-sur-Oger, Trépa.
    Traditional Champagne vinification. No malolactic.
    Ageing: 10 years

    Dosage: 7 g/l
    12.5% Abv.
    Cellar Master: Hervé Dantan (since 2013)

    A(ccuray)=2: Bright pale yellow/lemon. Fine mousse, mild perlage.
    B(alance)=2: Vibrant acidity dominant.
    C(omplexity)=2: Citrus, green apple, hint of brioche.
    D(epth)=1: Tangy mouthfeel. Average length and finish.
